App Buzz of the Week: 2/19 – 2/26

A lot of changes this week in buzz land. Mainly this comes from the release of a couple of big name apps: Grooveshark and Epocrates. We will be having more on these two in particular in the coming weeks, so stay tuned.

This is also a landmark week in that there are no twitter apps in the top 5….not that I mind Twitter apps by any means. Just always good to see some shakeup; get some new blood so to speak.

My favorite thing about buzz is that some of the results are completely unexpected. For instance…Network Tools. It is an app I personally had never heard of, but it got just enough people talking about it to land in our number 10 slot. It’s also good to see a little Homebrew getting in on the action. Nice job ScummVM.
