If webOS loses, it's because it's already the best and doesn't need updating, AMIRITE?

True that ! Looking forward to a webOS hyperphone (is beyond a superphone b****s !) :::D

android 2.2? seriously? It doesn't bring anything to the table over 2.1, just a little bit of speed in launching apps from JIT compilation and a few other tweaks. Not much to look forward to. I want fresh UI ideas! (hoping for good things from WebOS 2.0). WP7 has potential too.

webOS 2.0 is bound to be the biggest leap in the mobile OS space, or hope that it is. Combined efforts from Palm and HP can lead to only better things :)

BGR burned so many bridges to the WebOS community. I don't think we'll take this one.

Should say Android 3.0 vs WebOS 2.0 (prob see that around the same time ) 2.2 is already out on a few phones… So would be vs 1.4.5 really.

I choose WebOS because 3.0s not an option.

I don’t think WebOS has any chance of winning this one.

Kind of sad that an OS that’s already out for a few phones is winning though. That just seems… off.

Do have to say I’m kind pretty interested to see how well WP7 is pulled off though.

Don't have to win it, just get 3rd and I'm happy.

Come on we can beat Blackberry 6 right, tell your friends!!

I’m really surprised that Froyo is beating Windows 7. Though of course webOS 2.0 will beat them all (at some things at least).

I know its cheating, but I noticed you can vote every hour. On BGR and here they act as separate votes. Just in case anyone was curious.

I'm not just speaking as a webOS user here, but I can only see webOS 2.0, Windows Phone 7, and maybe BlackBerry OS 6 as being legitimate options.

The others are incremental updates that don't offer anything particularly special. Maybe if Android had *Gingerbread* instead of *Froyo*, that would be a better comparison.

WTF we are winning that is Fing awesome. That just shows how active the WebOS community is, despite the fact that we are the minority in the sea of handsets.

Amazing how we started at 4% and now we're at 34%. Can't wait for webOS 2.0 and for more low level access on the SDK :)
