The WOR Hackathon!

By: , 8/21/2010 9:02 am | 6 comments

Ok, it is time for the first ever webOS community hackathon! Feel free to drop in and say hello even if you aren’t able to design or code.

You can also follow us as we tweet about the event on @worlive and with the hashcode #worlive.

Join in with us in the chat room after the break!

UPDATE! (8pm ET) We’re hard at work over here. Thanks to everyone participating! It’s been fun! For the scores of folks anxiously waiting outside our “delivery room,” here’s a splash screen teaser. ;)

If you want to break out the chat into it’s own window you can do so here:

What to do to have your company or yourself be included in the commemorative TouchStone.

  1. Get a logo…could be your biggest app, the logo for your company, or something that symbolizes you in some way (make sure it is rated G).
  2. Email it to [email protected] along with:
    1. Your name / company name
    2. Mailing address (so we can mail you the TS)

Only those who are on at least one of the teams in the Wiki are eligible to get a TS and be included in the image so be sure to add yourself there as well.
