Palm Dev Relations Heads Dion and Ben Talk About webOS 2.0 and More
One of the great things about being a webOS developer is the active community that has developed around it. A big part of it is the the very involved Palm side of that community. Palm brought Ben Galbraith and Dion Almaer from Mozilla to head up their Palm Developer Relations team back in 2009.
Since then Dion and Ben have been very active with the Palm developers, including the posting of multiple videos that go into detail about Palm developer ways and means, whether it was PDK details or the jQuery sponsorship by Palm. In short they have been and are a huge asset to the webOS community.
If you’re interested in webOS development, they have posted a new podcast as of October 7th in where they in detail speak of their excitement about the webOS 2.0 SDK and go into more detail about web tech that can be leveraged into webOS development.
webOS 2.0 is the future of everything we love about Palm as well as the core of HPalm’s mobile strategy. Check it out and let us know what you think.
