preNotes: Text Messaging

I enjoy text messaging on my Palm Pre and I’m sure you do too. There are lots of nice things to know about texting with webOS and you can hear all about it on this week’s preNote.

  • Download it directly

    - You’ll get a text alert when the next preNote is ready (US only).

    • What are preNotes?
    preNotes are short audio clips (typically between 5 – 10 minutes) that give you tips on how to better use your Palm Pre. They are released each week and cover a wide array of helpful tips so that you too can become a webOS ninja.

    Tony, Once Again A Great Episode Of Pre Notes. One Thing I Am Interested To See With 2.0.1 Which For Sprint Customers Will Be Released In The 3Rd Or 4Th Weeks Of March Is The Ability To Send Mp3′s In An Mms Like We Currently Can Do Through Email. I Am Keeping My Fingers Crossed That It Will Be One Of The Many Tweaks We Have Heard About Coming With 2.0.1.

    Just loaded up webos 2.1 on o2 uk pre plus…works pretty well. Voice dialing excellent. WHEN TEXTING, PRESS THE ORANGE/WHITE KEY AT THE SAME TIME AS THE SPACE BAR AND ALL THE EMOTICONS COME UP
