EVERYTHING you need to know to prepare for The Big Event…

Ok, so tomorrow is the big day. We will be covering it like rabid hyenas on a stoned wildebeest. To clear up any confusion we wanted to take a second to clarify what is going on and when.
All times are Pacific because…well that is where the event is. Just be sure to adjust your clocks accordingly.
- Mountain Time: +1 hour
- Central Time: +2 hours
- Eastern Time: +3 hours
- Europeans: More than that…
Morning Activities
- 9 am: webOSGatherup begins in earnest for those who are in San Fran but can’t get into the press event in the morning. We will be servin’ donuts and coffee for all those in attendance. If you want to be there and haven’t confirmed talk to @vara411 or @pre101 to get the hookup.
- 10 am – whenever (noon?): The Heavens open and HP/Palm unleashes a glorious spectacle of technological goodness the world has never seen (that may, or may not include Justin Bieber). Be sure to tune in right here for all Live Blog goodness you can handle. Stuck at work? Be sure to follow @WORLive to get some mad tweets of the event.
Afternoon Delight
- Early afternoon: We can’t be too sure of when this will happen, but at the end of the webOSGatherup we will be doing a live DevCast of sorts to get reactions from the devs about the announcements. We are playing this by ear, but we will let you know as soon as we can.
- 4 – 6 pm: A gaggle of devs and other hooligans will be raiding a nearby bar to celebrate the gifts from heaven, errr….HP. If you are in town and want more info, again check with @vara411 and/or @pre101 for the skinny.
Evenin’
- 6 – 7 pm: Registration for the dev event
- 7 – 7:30 pm: Welcome and Presentation (that seems short eh? Here is your SDK, now go party!). Once again we will be on hand to live blog the event so check back here to get your fill of dev awesomeness.
- 7:30pm – 9:30 pm: Reception (aka PARTAAAY!!)
- 9:30 – wee hours: A bunch of nerds get together and drink until they can’t remember where they are.
