We’ve all read the leaked info about the tablets and, for the most part, they were correct. The biggest exception is that these will come with 1GB of RAM installed, not 512MB, as we originally were told. Resolution will be 1024×768 which is par for the course, except the lamination process involved will be much like what is seen in the iPhone4. That is, the pixels will be right up under the surface of the screen rather than a layer or two deeper. Planned availability is “this Summer”.
Here are the specs:
- 1GB RAM
- Color: Black
- Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-CPU APQ8060 1.2GHz
- Width: 240mm (9.45 inches)

Thickness: 13.7mm (0.54 inches) - Weight: Approximately 740 grams (1.6 pounds)
